Yes, the year that I graduated from high school.

Someone from work is a HUGE fan and went to her book signing in Memphis last weekend and asked if I would like her to sign anything for me...

Dork Diaries

LMA has been loving the Dork Diaries Series this year.
Their cousins got glasses and they wanted them too.

Don't know why they think they look dorky -

But as their mama,

Les Miserables

Had a great day with LMA.
American Girl Doll Store, Cheescake Factory,  & Les Miserables
- what more could a girl ask for?

LMA's favorite song is "I Dreamed A Dream," and she's keeping her fingers crossed that the new movie with Anne Hathaway is not rated R so she can enjoy that too.
We'll see - mama has to watch it first...

but it looks like Les Mis has taken over the top spot from Phantom for LMA.
Yippee, it's always been my favorite too.

I got a little teary seeing how happy LMA was watching the performance.
After "Bring Him Home," she clapped so loud she stopped and got embarrassed but she couldn't help herself - she was exited.
Such a great day.

Next time we won't be late and will pay for parking!

Next up, WICKED at the Fox in December and then the St. Louis Symphony in January.

Pumpkin Patch

We had a really fun time last night at my work sponsored Pumpkin Patch Party. The Lortz Girls came too, which was great, but all the best pics are blurry... I either need a new camera or this carmera needs a new photographer.

Cheerleading was a lot of work this year. We only had 1 home game and had to travel for the rest. The girls did a great job! Impressive for 3rd and 4th graders!

These two looked so cute this morning I had to snap a pic. They even walked into school holding hands. Got to enjoy the peacefulness while you can.
